• Please note that if discount will be confirmed only after receiving the attested mark-sheet from the student; and if the marks do not justify the concession, the differential payment will need to be made before the enrolment is finalized. Any student caught employing unfair practice during the admission or after admission or during study or during examination is subject to immediate expulsion from the entire course and no refund of any fee which is already paid to the ADCSD Education shall be made at any cost.
  
  While using the ADCSD Education, you (the user) are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. ADCSD reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions carefully at any point of time. The User is therefore advised to read these terms and conditions every time he/she uses the ADCSD Education All products/services and information displayed on ADCSD Education Online Study Program constitute an "invitation to offer". Your acceptance of online study program is subject to the terms and conditions given below. ADCSD Education Online Services reserves the right to accept or reject your offer.


• The agreement between you and the ADCSD Education shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:-
• 1.The User certifies that he/she is atleast 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• 2.These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. By using the ADCSD Education Online Study Program you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
• 3.All prices, unless indicated specially are in Indian Rupees.
• 4.All prices and availability of courses are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of ADCSD Education.
• 5.ADCSD Education reserves the right to refuse or cancel any course, which is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the fees has been paid or the payment has been levied via credit card. In the event, the payment has been processed by ADCSD Education the same shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email or by SMS.
• 6.In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. ADCSD Education will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the user.
• 7.Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.
• 8.In the event of non-delivery on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by ADCSD Education for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
• 9.ADCSD Education shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of login (Study materials, Online Tests, any assignments) in online website www.adcsdonline.com through online study program etc. or in case of act of God such as flood, fire, wars, hack of account, hack of server, internet goes down or any cause that is beyond the control of ADCSD Education.
• 10.The User agrees to use the services provided by ADCSD through their website www.adcsdonline.com for lawful purposes only.
• 11.The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. ADCSD Education reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found to be flawed/incorrect (wholly or partly), ADCSD Education has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using www.adcsdonline.com and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
• 12.ADCSD Education will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on this site. This without limitation includes loss of revenue/data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act/omission of the server. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
• 13.The User agrees clearly that the use ADCSD Education Online Study Program is at the Users sole risk. ADCSD Education affiliates, employees, agents, consultants, contracted companies make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied for the service it is providing or as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through this Service. It is also clearly understood that all warranties, implied or expressed take place between the vendors and the User.
• 14.ADCSD Education Online Study Program users/students must upload photocopy of class X/XII marksheet and attach passport size color photographs along with dully filled Admission/Registration Form (hard copy) to online website, ADCSD Education may also required your aadhar card, all education documents or other documents which may required for verification or to authenticate for course or to you.
• 15.If any student not able to complete the course as per time frame then student can’t give exam. But he can extend the time which is whole sole authority of ADCSD Education.
• 16.After depositing money towards ‘Registration & Admission’, if a student becomes disinterested in the ADCSD Education due to any reason whatsoever and wants to take his/her money back, the ADCSD Education will not refund the money deposited towards Registration fee/Admission fee.
• 17.It’s a complete online system, means study, exams, support etc. each and everything is online, so student will not get telephonic support or centre support. However if ADCSD Education feel so can provide as per her powers, but student can’t forced nor ADCSD Education is bound to provide the same.
• 18.Any study material given during the course or otherwise, can’t share with anyone through any source.
• 19.If a student is absent or misses a online examt, he/she can re-appear exams as per scheduling provided in his login with paying examination fee.
• 20.It is compulsory/mandatory to provide a working e-mail I.D & Mobile No. of the student/ father/guardian. The result of tests or any other information of the institute will be sent to the student by SMS/mail and on his/her e-mail I.D. The ADCSD Education shall not be responsible for any information regarding result or anything else not received by the student if he/she has not given his/her e-mail I.D./mobile no. in the Admission form at the time of admission.
• 21.ADCSD Education is working as a institute like a autonomous body.
• 22.ADCSD is not a University or not recognized from UGC, DEB or AICTE.
• 23.The student also complete internal assignment to give exams as internal assignment also carry marks which will be add on in mark card.
• 24.The Examination Centre will be online. As per education system policy if it has to place at centre of any place can be changed as per the requirement/ need of the ADCSD Education without any prior notice to the students/parents.
• 25.The responsibility of getting admission form forwarded to the examining body is that of the student himself/herself or that of the Parents/Guardian.
• 25.ADCSD Education belongs is working as a private institute.
• 26.The online study material or internal assignment questionnaire or examination questionnaire has no copyright with us, we are providing the same from online resources with best option but with best result so that knowledge will enhance of student.
• 27.ADCSD Education reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/success in any type of filed whether for further admission or for job or get any type of benefit etc.
• 28.Any change in the correspondence address or phone number or e-mail should be intimated to online immediately through a online login or support sytem quoting the Name, Reference ID, login ID, Roll No. etc. of the student.
• 29.In case any parent/guardian/student is found misbehaving with any staff member of the ADCSD Education, his/her ward can be rusticated and no claim to retain such student will be entertained. The decision of the ADCSD Education will be final and binding on the student and parents/guardian.
• 30.If at any point of time, the Govt. further increases service tax, the extra amount of service tax will be borne by the students from the date of enforcement of the act by the Govt.
• 31.ADCSD Education reserves the right to make any alteration in its programs/venue/timing and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the ADCSD Education will be final & binding on the students and the parents.
• 32.In case of any dispute, arising out of the present terms & conditions, same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by the ADCSD Education. The seat of arbitrator will be at Faridabad only. In any case if any matter has to go to the court, only Faridabad Court shall have jurisdiction to decide such matters.
• 33.No refund process or amount in any type or in any way or for any reason.
• 34.Student certify that the documents submitted through online for admission in ADCSD Education Online Study Program are true and exact photocopies of their respective originals.
• 35.That if any, original or photocopy document(s) so submitted by student is found to be fake/counterfeited/manipulated, then ADCSD Education in its sole discretion shall be well within its right to take suitable legal action against me and cancel my admission in ADCSD Education and in such eventuality, I shall not be having any claim(s) of any kind whatsoever as against the ADCSD Education.
• 36.That in case any original or photocopy document so submitted by student is found to be fake/counterfeited/manipulated after passing of course from ADCSD Education, then in such eventuality, the degree/diploma/certificate so issued in my favour by ADCSD Education, shall ipso facto from inception shall be deemed to be ineffective and student shall not be using said degree/diploma/certificate anywhere and hereby confirm that ADCSD Education shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever with regard to said degree/diploma/certificate and student shall not be having any claim(s) of any kind whatsoever as against the ADCSD Education.
